The annual Clear Creek ISD Livestock Show and Auction raised funds for the district’s FFA students and programs.

The 41st Annual Clear Creek ISD Livestock Show and Auction raised more than $312,000 for high school students in the FFA program. This is the HIGHEST amount raised in program history!

There were also seven individual sales records set for top winners, including the Grand Champion steer, pig, turkey, broilers, rabbits and Best of Show for floral design and visual arts.

Held at the CCISD West Agriculture Center, this event is the culmination of many months of hard work, practice and dedication for more than 200 FFA students and their teachers. “It just showed me that all of the hard work really does pay off,” said Addi Shannon, a junior at Clear Springs High School who broke two individual sales records with her steer and pig at the Auction. “I was so grateful for this experience.” Shannon received the highest bid of the night for her Grand Champion Steer that sold for $21,100 to Norman Frede Chevrolet. This was her first year raising a steer for the show.
