Huffman ISD Advanced Agriculture and Ag math students traveled to College Station and Brenham to tour two different big-name agriculture brands.
Over at Producers Cooperative in College Station, Huffman High School Falcon students learned in depth about they co-ops feed mill in animal nutrition. They saw first hand about formulating feed.
In Brenham, students toured Blue Bell Creameries to learn more about dairy science. They got to see first hand how Blue Bell turns the dairy from their cows on site, into ice cream. Both companies gave an insight to students on how to manage a successful agriculture business.
