Masters Elementary is dedicated to not only building the minds of their students but to building strong families too. At the first #Family Strong event, families were brought together to meet one another, discuss events and traditions that are important to them and talk about what values are important in their families. Staff members then shared their personal “Family Vision Boards” and invited families to begin working on theirs.

The school will be hosting #Family Strong events monthly with topics including building self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries and other areas suggested by families. Masters PTO was also on hand for food and drinks and the choir and cheer squad performed as well. It was a very successful event for families and staff to work together to promote strong and healthy families.
