Sept. 28, 2017, “ San Antonio ISD’s Travis Early College High School has been named a 2017 National Blue Ribbon School based on its overall academic excellence. It is one of two schools in Bexar County to receive this honor and among 312 public and private schools in the country selected as exemplary high performing schools. “We are very proud of Travis Early College High School for receiving this national recognition,” said SAISD Superintendent Pedro Martinez.  “This represents the high standards of school staff and students and their ability to achieve academic excellence.”
