Forney ISD hosted its 2nd Annual Hispanic Heritage Art Show at the OC, a joyful celebration of Hispanic and Latin culture showcased through student-created painting, photography, ceramics, and mixed media.

Presented with support from community partners Forney Youth Athletic and Torchy’s Tacos, the show featured brief artist statements that highlighted the inspiration and traditions behind each piece. Guests enjoyed a welcoming atmosphere that paired learning moments with plenty of photo-worthy, creative art.

The reception was catered by Madres Cocina, with flautas and tortillas that complemented the evening’s festive spirit. Altogether, the event underscores Forney ISD’s community focus, helping to offer an accessible, family-friendly way to experience local creativity and the cultural heritage it represents.
