To demonstrate the importance of community involvement, Azle ISD participates and hosts a variety of volunteer opportunities to better serve their community.
Azle High Schools’ Student Council, PALs and Cheer helped the Lions Club load 213 backpacks filled with various school supplies. After assembling the backpacks, they then rode the buses to 10 different Azle ISD campuses to unload and deliver the supplies to school counselors for distribution.

Not only do Azle ISD Students assemble and deliver items to those in need, but the district as a whole participates in fundraisers and donations to various Texas Charities and community causes. For example, the hospital, Texas Health, donated large amounts of school supplies and the local Community Caring Center proudly accepted 500 pounds of food donated by Azle ISD staff to help hungry families.

This district also values supporting its schools as Academy 4, a mentorship program, dedicated their time to an afternoon of playing board games and having fun with students.
