Taylor ISD National Honor Society students have been making a difference outside the classroom by helping fix up an old miniature golf course. Along with Taylor Parks and Recreation, these students spent time painting, cleaning up the course, and giving it a fresh new look.
The mini golf course has brought fun and memories to the Taylor community over the years, and many locals remember it as a favorite spot. It was long overdue for some care, since the course hadn’t been maintained. But with help from these students, it’s getting a fresh start and is almost ready for everyone to enjoy again.
With the finishing touches nearly complete, the community is excited to see it open once more. It’s a great example of Taylor ISD students stepping up and helping bring something fun and meaningful back to Taylor.
