Judson ISD campers and staff from Elolf STEAM Academy and Rolling Meadows Elementary had an out-of-this-world experience on their summer enrichment field trip to Houston, visiting NASA! Thanks to the Judson Adult and Community Education Adventure Club for giving these future scientists a journey they’ll never forget, from exploring the Space Center to learning about the wonders beyond!
Judson ISD students get to P.L.A.E. all day throughout the summer, not just at NASA. That is, Judson ISD offers Playing, Learning, and Exploring (P.L.A.E.) All Day K-5 Summer Enrichment Camps. This includes activities such as group field trips, indoor and outdoor play, arts and crafts, educational components, peer building and rewards, science experiments, and even a fun themed day! One of their other enrichment camps included gaming at EVO Entertainment!
Engaging young students goes beyond the books, in providing a happy extracurricular life. Judson ISD’s after school program is proof of that, putting smiles on every student’s face.
