Alief ISD proudly announced its successful launch of a new Teacher Apprenticeship Program (TAP).
This program is aimed at growing and nurturing the next generation of educators right in their community. TAP provides Alief ISD students and paraprofessionals with hands-on experience, mentorship and development opportunities that will prepare and help them in their career in education.

Through TAP, participants engage in classroom activities, collaborate with teachers, and receive guidance on lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional strategies. This will equip them with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to thrive as educators.

The district is excited to witness the growth, dedication, and excitement of TAP participants and is looking forward to seeing the participants make a positive impact on the community. With initiatives like TAP, Alief ISD demonstrates its commitment to excellence in education and community development.
