The Sheldon ISD STEM/P-TECH Academy held it’s STEM Project-Based Learning showcases at C.E. King High School, C.E. King Middle School, and Null Middle School. These events allowed students to display their learning, creativity, and innovative solutions to real-world problems through presentations to family and guests.

Each project begins with a driving question, guiding students to design and create products that address real-world challenges while applying concepts learned in their coursework. The showcases were filled with proud parents and teachers, as students showcased their confidence, skills, and determination.
Transitioning from the Texas Education Agency T-STEM designation to the new Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) designation, the STEM Academy continues to provide students with opportunities to earn college credit and industry certifications at no cost. In partnership with San Jacinto Community College, students can earn 60+ college credit hours toward a STEM-related associate degree.
