Midway ISD welcomed families and educators from across the district to Chapel Park Elementary for its Grants & Gratitude celebration. Hosted by the Midway ISD Education Foundation, the event was created to highlight the incredible impact grants can have on students when implemented into their very own classrooms.
Throughout the evening, teachers proudly shared 27 funded grants from the Education Foundation totaling more than $45,000. From 3D printers to digital learning tools, these grants place valuable resources directly into the hands of educators and students alike. Families even had the opportunity to step inside classrooms and see their child’s projects firsthand as students demonstrated and explored each tool in action.
Grants & Gratitude serves as a powerful reminder that strong public schools are built through community partnership. With continued support from the Education Foundation, students can continue to thrive in the classroom!
