Crowley ISD hosted a mental health symposium, with Dr. Tommie Mabry serving as a keynote speaker. The full-day event focused on raising awareness, fostering dialogue, and connecting families to vital resources for supporting mental wellness.

The symposium had expert-led workshops, covering topics such as stress management, anxiety, depression, and building healthy relationships. The panel discussions gave insights and real-life stories from mental health professionals, educators, and community members.

Family-centered activities equipped participants with tools and strategies to create supportive home environments and strengthen family connections. Additionally, a resource fair highlighted local and regional organizations offering services and support for mental health and well-being.
By fostering open dialogue, providing valuable resources, and equipping families with practical tools, Crowley ISD is empowering its community to raise awareness on mental health and build stronger, more supportive environments.
