Elgin ISD Trinity Ranch Elementary hosted its first Student Council Leadership Conference, bringing together young leaders for a day centered on collaboration, growth, and service. Students from Elgin Middle School’s National Junior Honor Society served as mentors, leading Trinity Ranch and Neidig Elementary students through thoughtfully designed leadership and collaborative activities.
Throughout the Student Council Leadership Conference, students explored the qualities of leadership, practiced communication and teamwork, and participated in group challenges. This experience encouraged peer mentorship, allowing student leaders to guide and inspire elementary students on what it means to lead with integrity and responsibility.
The conference highlighted the power of student leadership, fostering the development of future leaders.
