Some of the greatest figures in American and world history paid a visit to Paschal Elementary School on January 26, 2018 as part of the annual Living Wax Museum program. Third grade students dressed up as historical and modern-day characters, allowing visitors to hear their life story with a push of a button.
Students dressed up in full regalia of the historic times, emulating Presidents and First Ladies, Texas Independence heroes, military heroes, civil rights icons and famous inventors.

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Greg Gibson, Board Trustees, Team One members and Samuel Clemens High School staff received a tour of the new CTE building, the first completed building from the $137 million bond referendum approved by voters last November. The 17,500 square foot facility opens January 10, 2018. Among the subjects to be taught in the new CTE building include: Wood shop, STEM lab, Engineering/Robotics, Animal lab (small animal management), Floral lab, and Welding.
