Robyn Flowers, an experienced teacher at Sneed Elementary within Alief ISD, is renowned for her Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) exemplary designation. She has 16 years of teaching experience across different grade levels and roles, including second, third, and fourth-grade teaching, as well as math and ESL intervention! Robyn Flowers stands as a strong example of Alief ISD’s structured environment and professional development opportunities.

She commended the district’s growth and the support provided to teachers, emphasizing the enriching experience of working with a diverse student demographic at Sneed Elementary.
