Victor White has served in public education for over 40 years. Following his graduation from Texas A&M University, he was employed with Deer Park ISD, where he has spent his entire career. He began his administrative work as an assistant principal at Deer Park Junior High following 14 years of teaching and coaching in the District.

After two years, Mr. White was named the principal at DPJH, a position in which he served for the subsequent 13 years. In 2007, he was promoted to assistant superintendent for instruction, serving in that capacity until being named deputy superintendent in 2013. In September 2015, Mr. White was named to the position in which he currently serves, superintendent of schools for Deer Park ISD.

Mr. White is the ninth Superintendent in the eighty-nine-year history of the Deer Park ISD and the fourth to be a product of the district. Mr. White is a member of the Deer Park Rotary Club and serves on the Deer Park Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
